About Purpose

I've been behind the chair since 2003, and after more than two decades as a Master Cosmetologist, I've learned that great hair care begins with understanding the person beneath the crown.

My experience spans natural and textured hair care, protective styling, extensions, loc maintenance, and creative transformations. But what I value most isn't simply the ability to create a beautiful hairstyle; it's the relationships I've built with the people who trust me with their hair.

I believe in listening, educating, and being honest about what's possible. I want you to understand your hair, feel confident in your choices, and know that its health is always a priority.

I created Your New Stylist to offer the kind of experience I would want for myself. A peaceful, private space where you can relax, feel genuinely cared for, and know that your time matters.

I don't want to simply be the stylist you visit before vacation.
